Shipping Policy
Standard orders as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Print on demand orders are despatched as soon as possible.
Pre-order merchandise will state eta despatch information in the product description.
Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping at a flat rate as per P&P cost shown when using the checkout.
Please allow up to five to 10 days delivery for domestic orders.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate as per P&P cost shown when using the checkout.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of international orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Toby Jepson Official Merchandise is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 Days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tobyjepsonofficial.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@tobyjepsonofficial.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tobyjepsonofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
